SDLP MLA Cara Hunter has shared a photo with social media followers from her wedding held on Friday.
The 29-year-old tied the knot to husband Peter at a ceremony held in Co Donegal on September 5.
On a post on X sharing the photo, The East Derry MLA said: “The votes are in… WE SAID YES! #LandslideVictory.”
The newlyweds were met with congratulations. First Minister Michelle O’Neill commented: “Comhghairdeas to you both.”
MLA Cara Hunter also shared details of her wedding dress on Instagram, sharing a video when she first tried on the dress and then wearing it on her big day.
She said: “Most magical dress, felt like a princess!”
