Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson have confessed their love for each other in various interviews, amid promoting their new movie, The Naked Gun
Pamela Anderson has opened up about her “love” for her The Naked Gun co-star Liam Neeson, amid romance speculation. Both stars appear to be single, with Liam, 73, declaring that he was “past all that” when questioned about his romantic life last year.
Likewise, Pamela, 58, revealed she struggled with being single during an interview in September 2024.
Following their individual confessions, both seemed to have remained true to their statements, but could circumstances have shifted?
The pair have both declared their affection for one another across multiple interviews, and she was recently spotted giving him a kiss on the cheek at the film’s UK premiere.
Speaking about collaborating with Liam, the former Baywatch icon claimed “you can’t help but fall in love” with him.
When asked if she felt anxious about working with the Taken star, she went on to say: “Definitely. Liam is Hollywood royalty.
“I was literally shaking with nerves on that first day when I came to rehearse our first scene.
“But once we got going, it was fine. Liam’s such a sweetheart and a gentleman. He’s so giving and generous.”
Pamela additionally said Liam was “also so complimentary and supportive that you can’t help but fall in love with him”.
According to Best Magazine, she further raved about their on-screen chemistry, saying: “I love the connection”.
Although she’s no stranger to acting, the mum-of-two claimed she felt “new” upon joining the cast of The Naked Gun, and therefore “observed” Liam’s actions.
“I feel like I’m new at this, so I really pay attention and watch and observe him on and off camera,” she revealed.
“How he conducts himself is incredible to witness and to learn from.”
Meanwhile, Liam has humorously remarked that his favourite part of filming the sequel to the original trilogy were the intimate scenes with Pamela.
To facilitate the on-screen romance, producers enlisted an intimacy coach, who, according to Liam, exited the room when things heated up between him and Pamela.
Additionally, the actress extended an invitation to her co-star for dinner off-set to foster what she refers to as a professional romance.
She disclosed to Entertainment Weekly: “I invited him and his assistant over for romantic dinners with me and my assistant so our relationship stayed ‘professionally romantic’ during filming.”
Meanwhile, Liam has claimed he is “madly in love” with his co-star, amid a promotional tour for the movie.
Speaking to People! Magazine, he added: “I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She’s funny and so easy to work with.”
The actor is thought to have been single for a considerable period, following his split from businesswoman Freya St Johnston.
The couple became an item after the tragic death of his wife Natasha Richardson at 45 in 2009.
As for Pamela, she has been married five times, most recently to Dan Hayhurst from 2020 to 2022.
