Escape to the Country looking for house hunters wanting to move to rural Northern Ireland

Have you ever wanted to Escape to the Country in Northern Ireland?

Now may be your chance as the popular BBC 1 series is looking for people who are on the hunt for their forever home in the country’s beautiful rural areas.

Escape to the Country helps prospective buyers find their dream home in the countryside.

A casting producer for the hit show said they are currently halfway through filming the newest series of the programme and would love to hear from people wanting their own slice of heaven in NI.

They said: “We are looking for a diverse range of house hunters moving to rural areas of the UK.

“We would particularly love to hear from anyone moving to the countryside in Northern Ireland as it’s rare we get the opportunity to visit and showcase the region.”

After being on the air for over 20 years, the presenters have only made the visit with house hunters to Northern Ireland only a “handful” of times and would love to change this.

The official casting call for the series reads: “Escape to the Country are currently casting!

“If you are looking to make a move to Northern Ireland in the next 12 months we would love to hear from you.”
