Emmerdale viewers are predicting a jaw-dropping DNA twist as Dylan settles down in the village
Emmerdale fans are convinced they know the identity of Dylan Penders’ biological father as the teenager starts to make a new life in the village with April Windsor.
As fans of the ITV show will know, Dylan (Fred Kettle) was introduced at the start of the year while April (Amelia Flannigan) was living on the streets. When she returned to the Dales, she was soon followed by troubled Dylan, who admitted to having a drug addiction.
In March, Dylan left the village to check into a rehab clinic funded by Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock), leaving April emotional as she bid farewell to her friend. In July, Dylan made a comeback to the village and has since revealed his connection to drug dealer Ray Walters (Joe Absolom).

Since reuniting, Dylan was also revealed as the thug who was stabbed in the leg with a pitchfork after breaking into Moira Dingle’s (Natalie J Robb) farm.
After nursing the open stab wound, Dylan squatted in a cricket club that was isolated for the summer before Paddy Kirk stepped in and gave him a place to stay at Tenant House.
Paddy and his wife Mandy (Lisa Riley) have since warmed to Dylan, who has kick-started a relationship with his trusted friend April.
In a recent scene, Dylan was cleaning Paddy and Mandy’s cottage when he came across a photo of Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards).
The teenager picked up the photo and gave the image a lingering look before dusting the frame and putting it down.
However, Emmerdale fans are convinced that former wrestler Bear is Dylan’s biological father, which also makes him Paddy’s brother. This could explain why the vet has been so eager to support the young lad.
Taking to Facebook, one fan wrote: “Why do I feel like Dylan is going to end up being bears son.”
A second pointed out: “Now that’s a good shout as he was a ladies man when he was touring with the wrestling, and could well be possible as Paddy didn’t find out until the last few years – they did put a spoiler out saying something about a newcomer being related to someone in the village.”
A third confirmed: “I’m going off when he was holding the picture of bear and talking about him to that something will come of it x.”
“Bears son….so Paddy’s brother”, stated one fan while another added: “I agree.”
