It remains closed on Monday
Belfast Zoo has issued a visitor update as it remained closed on Monday. The Zoo was closed again on July 28 due to ‘a maintenance issue with its water supply’.
Posting a visitor update on social media, Belfast Zoo said: “Our keeper team is on-site as usual, caring for all animals and ensuring they have everything they need.

In a further update on Monday, a spokesperson posted on social media: “Belfast Zoo will reopen tomorrow, Tuesday 29 July, following the restoration of our on-site water supply.
“Explorers Club will also resume at 9.30am tomorrow.
“If you pre-booked tickets for Sunday or Monday, please contact us on 028 9077 6277 or email info@belfastzoo.co.uk to reschedule or request a refund.
“Thank you for your understanding and apologies for any disappointment caused”.
