The High Kings bring folk tradition to Australia this September – Backseat Mafia

by wellnessfitpro

The High Kings are set to return to Australia this September for their Step It Out World Tour, bringing their trademark mix of Irish folk tradition and contemporary flair to stages across the country. The run begins at Brisbane’s Princess Theatre on 11 September before heading through Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and wrapping in Fremantle on 20 September.

Coinciding with the tour, The High Kings have unveiled The Rocky Road To Dublin – The Celtic Remix, a new reworking of their much-loved version featured on the global box office hit Sinners. Produced alongside Billy Farrell, the track pays homage to Irish tradition while introducing a modern edge, nodding to influences like The Pogues and Ludwig Göransson.
