Belfast’s retail offering in the city centre has risen to new heights in 2025 – particularly in Victoria Square.

A landmark 10 new lettings were secured in 2024 for one of the city’s leading retail and leisure destinations by commercial property firm Lambert Smith Hampton.

LSH has secured multiple first-to-market brands alongside tenant renewals inside the centre, encouraging new and exisitng customers to chose Victoria Square for all their shopping needs.

The new tenant for 2025 include:

  • LEGO – Opening to record footfall with its first Northern Ireland store.
  • Bershka – The fashion brand’s debut in Northern Ireland.
  • Sephora – The beauty brand’s first store on the island of Ireland to open in 2026.
  • Space NK – Relocated to the Centre.
  • Krispy Kreme – Debut Northern Ireland store.
  • Mowgli Street Food – Indian restaurant’s first location on the island of Ireland to open in 2026.
  • Levi’s – Returned to the Centre in November 2025.
  • Astrid & Miyu – First store in Northern Ireland launched in August.
  • Crew Clothing – Fashion retailer’s second store in Northern Ireland.
  • Loake Shoemakers – First store in Northern Ireland.
  • Pull & Bear – relocated within the centre and upsized to treble its previous footprint.

A spokesperson said: “Fashion continues to drive performance within the centre, with Bershka opening its first Northern Ireland store at Victoria Square, and sister brand Pull & Bear upsizing its store significantly.

“Beauty and lifestyle brands are thriving, with Space NK relocating its city-centre store to the scheme and Sephora’s planned arrival in 2026 set to mark a significant milestone for the region.

“The centre’s Food and Beverage offering remains strong with Krispy Kreme making its debut on the island of Ireland, and Mowgli Street Food’s first location on the island due to open in 2026.”

Lease renewals have remained robust throughout the year with 11 retailers committing to long-term leases and have seen Hugo Boss, Reiss, Wagamama, Cosmo and Five Guys invest significantly in their store refits.
