Drug seizure made in Belfast and Holywood searches

The searches are part of an investigation into suspected drug criminality linked to the West Belfast UVF

Officers from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force carried out a number of searches in properties in Belfast and Holywood. PSNI confirmed that the searches are part of an ongoing investigation into suspected drug criminality linked to the West Belfast UVF. Detective Inspector Maguire said: “These searches resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected Cannabis and a number of mobile phones.
