The Say You Won’t Let Go, Impossible and Naked singer hailed Irish audiences as ‘the best in the world’
Former X-Factor winner James Arthur has announced a special summer concert for Northern Ireland in 2026.
The multi-award winning singing sensation will headline Live at the Square, in Guildhall Square, Derry, next August. Known for his powerful vocals and emotionally-charged hits such as Say You Won’t Let Go, Impossible, and Naked, the former X-Factor winner will bring his full live band on August 28.
Speaking at the launch of the concert, James said: “Irish audiences are well-known as being amongst the best in the world, and having played Belfast several times I can definitely confirm this is true. I’m psyched to be headlining Live at the Square and can’t wait to play in Derry for the first time.”
Taking place from August 27 to August 30, event organisers said this year’s Live at the Square aims to showcase top-tier international talent alongside local artists, celebrating the region’s vibrant music culture.
