Thankfully no further weather warnings have been issued
As we head out of a weekend of heavy rain, the weather forecast for the start of the week suggests that the rain may not be going away just yet.
According to the Met Office, Monday could bring some sunny spells throughout the day but scattered showers are to be expected.
The forecaster has said that we could see the rain persist through the week, with temperatures remaining in the low teens.

This is what the Met Office has forecast for Northern Ireland:
Monday, October 20:
A few sunny spells over northern counties, otherwise rather cloudy with scattered showers, these heavy at times. Becoming drier and clearer from the west later. Light winds. Maximum temperature 13 °C.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:
Variable cloud, bright spells and a few showers on Tuesday and Wednesday. Likely turning wetter and windier through Thursday.
