Emmerdale fans are convinced that Vinny will move on from his sham marriage to Gabby – but it’s not with who you might think
Emmerdale viewers reckon they’ve clocked a fresh and unexpected romantic storyline brewing for Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson).
As devotees of the ITV drama will recall, Vinny fell victim to an assault by a bloke called Mike following an online encounter. Vinny had been seeking guidance whilst grappling with his sexuality after attempting to kiss his mate Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah).
Following extortion by Mike for a substantial amount of money, Vinny ultimately confronted the bully in court. However, it was within the courtroom that Vinny’s new bride, Gabby (Rosie Bentham), uncovered his uncertainty regarding his sexuality.
A fiery confrontation between the newly-weds swiftly followed, with Gabby admitting to being unfaithful to Vinny whilst holidaying in Portugal. Despite their anguish and betrayal, the pair decided to persevere with their marriage.

On Tuesday (October 7), Lewis Barton (Bradley Riches) urged Vinny to discuss recent happenings, with the duo having a chat over coffee in the café, reports the Daily Star.
Vinny expressed his emotions towards his spouse, Gabby, whilst Lewis paid close attention, though their discussion was shortly disrupted.
“I want Gabby”, Vinny declared to Lewis, “I would never risk my marriage again.”
In response, Lewis backed Vinny’s commitment to Gabby, whilst also suggesting that his emotions might shift down the line.
The two blokes shook hands before moving in for an embrace, but simultaneously Gabby entered through the door and instantly marched out.
The heartwarming interaction between Vinny and Lewis has ignited speculation among Emmerdale fans who are convinced the duo will embark on a romantic relationship.
One Emmerdale enthusiast posted on X: “Vinny and Lewis couple soon #Emmerdale.” Another declared: “Vinny and Lewis are quite a good match.”
A third joined in, stating: “Lewis flirting with Vinny… #Emmerdale.”
“Linny. Joke by the way, if not obvious ha”, another added on Reddit.
“The sooner Vinny and Gabby split up/divorce, the better. I don’t like watching sham relationships/marriages dragging on for too long”, another suggested.
