Next’s Jersey Denim Wide Leg Trousers are receiving high praise from shoppers, with one describing them as ‘hands down the most comfortable wide leg jeans I’ve ever come across’.

They feature pockets and belt loops, adding a smart touch to help them look like jeans, and are available in three colours: black, rinse blue, and sage green.

Offered in sizes six to 24 in regular, these trousers can also be ordered in eight to 22 in tall, 10 to 18 in XL tall, and four to 20 in petite.

Machine washable, they’re crafted from a blend of 55% cotton, 29% recycled polyester, and 16% elastane, reports Birmingham Live.

Boden also has Belgravia Ponte Trousers in six colours, priced at £89.

The Next denim trousers have received an overall rating of 4.1 stars from over 100 shoppers. One customer stated: “These are hands down the most comfortable wide leg jeans I’ve ever come across.

“They are not too soft so a bit warmer than some competitors and great for autumn/winter. I bought a size down and they are a perfect fit! I would buy more but sadly they are sold out.”

Another added: “Absolutely love these wide leg pull on jeans and also have the dark blue denim. They look great with trainers but could also be dressed up with heels.

“They wash really well and require very little ironing. As they’re so comfortable I know I’ll get a lot of wear out of them, great value for money too.”

A third shopper said: “Great fit. Very flattering. Nice heavy weight jersey.”

However, one was less satisfied: “Nice, good fit but too wide in the leg for my taste. Returned because of this.”
