Tickets go on sale this Friday
The second Belsonic 2026 headliners have been announced.
Rock legends The Cure are set to play their biggest ever Belfast show as part of the iconic South Belfast music festival next summer.
Performing on June 28, they join Grammy-nominated singer Teddy Swims on the line-up announced for Belsonic so far.
Tickets go on sale for The Cure at Belsonic on Friday, October 3 from Ticketmaster at 12pm.
A spokesperson said: “Rock legends The Cure are pleased to announce their biggest Belfast show to date at Belsonic, Belfast on Sunday, June 28 th with support from The Twilight Sad and Just Mustard.
“Formed in Crawley, Sussex, England, The Cure played its first show in 1978 and has performed around 1,800 concerts to date.
“They have released 14 studio albums, several concert films, a few live albums, some soundtrack songs, more than 40 singles, a couple of box sets and books, a greatest hits thing and a handful of covers.
“They are a 2019 Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame inductee and have had 13 members in 47 years.”
These 2026 shows will feature Robert Smith, Simon Gallup, Jason Cooper, Roger O’Donnell and Reeves Gabrels.
The Cure Belfast tickets go on sale from Ticketmaster at 12pm on Friday, October 3
