Coronation Street viewers are convinced that Amy Barlow will fall pregnant in upcoming scenes
Coronation Street fans believe that Amy Barlow is set for a pregnancy twist, and it’s bad news for her family.
Soap viewers will know that Amy (Elle Mulvaney) and Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) have had romantic tension for nearly two years, with the pair memorably sharing a kiss at Aadi’s party in June.
However, the party quickly took a dark turn when Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) accidentally drank from Aadi’s cup, which contained LSD.
After hallucinating her dead abuser, Joel Deering (Calum Lill), and falling down some steps outside Underworld, Lauren was admitted to the hospital with broken ribs and a ruptured spleen.
A guilty Aadi helped Lauren recover from her injuries, but didn’t reveal the truth about her spiking until last week, reports Leicestershire Live.

During Monday’s (August 11) episode, Aadi’s dad, Dev (Jimmi Harkishin), was determined to send him to India after learning about the party and staged shop burglary.
Amy assured Aadi that she knew he’d never hurt anyone on purpose, shortly before the pair ended up sleeping together at the Barlow house.
Yet their newfound happiness was short-lived as the police arrived at number seven to arrest Aadi, after Lauren reported him about the party incident.
Once released without charge, Aadi angrily accused Lauren of attempting to “ruin” his life.
Lauren then revealed to Amy that Aadi had lied to her about the spiking, adding: “[You were] using me, weren’t you? And then you dumped me as soon as [Amy] showed you a little bit of interest.”
“Lauren, I’m sorry things turned bad between us. There’s no need to ruin my life. You’re just coming across as needy now, you know?” Aadi responded.
Unimpressed with Aadi’s behaviour, Amy then said: “Maybe you were right earlier. Maybe you should just move to India.”
These scenes come just weeks before Aadi is due to leave Weatherfield, after actor Adam confirmed his departure from the soap back in April.
After watching the episode, several Corrie fans have taken to social media to share their theory that Amy could be pregnant with Aadi’s baby, and might leave with him to keep their family together.
“Is Amy gonna end up pregnant with Aadi’s baby?” one person wrote on a Facebook fan page.
Another added: “Well? I did wonder!!” while a third said: “I was thinking exactly the same thing.”
A fourth viewer echoed the sentiment, saying, “That’s what I think too. This is definitely not going to end well.”
Meanwhile, another fan shared: “This could defo be true. With Aadi leaving soon, maybe Amy might leave with him if she learns about the baby?”
