Police “increasingly concerned” for man missing since Friday night in Lisburn city centre

Mark is described as 37 years old, 6’4” in height, medium build, with short brown hair, with slight stubble

Police say they are growing “increasingly concerned” about a man in his 30s who’s been missing since Friday night.

Mark Jamison, described as a 37-year-old who is 6’4 in height with medium build and short brown hair, was last seen in Lisburn City Centre at around 11.30pm on Friday.

An appeal for help from the public has now been launched to try and find him.

A spokesperson for the PSNI in the Lisburn and Castlereagh policing district, writing on social media, said: Police are growing increasingly concerned as to the whereabouts of Mark Jamison. Mark is described as 37 years old, 6’4” in height, medium build, with short brown hair, with slight stubble.

“Mark was last seen in the vicinity of Lisburn City Centre at approximately 23:30hrs on 22/08/2025. At this time, Mark was wearing a pair of white trainers with black features, a pair of navy ‘golfing’ shorts, a blue t-shirt and a beige-coloured hoody which had a small logo on the left side of the chest and a large logo on the back.

“Police suspect that Mark may have changed out of these clothes however.”

The spokesperson added: “If you have seen a male matching Mark’s description or have any information on Mark’s whereabouts, please contact Police via 101, quoting serial 881-23/08/2025 – or alternatively 999 in the event of an emergency.”
