However the campmate refused to name who has been stinking up the dunny
The inaugural celebrity has been booted out of this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
After a fortnight of drama in the depths of the Australian wilderness, former footballer Alex Scott found herself receiving her marching orders as the series’ first jungle departure.
Each celebrity had the opportunity to secure safety from elimination during the live challenge, however those who failed to triumph over their opponents in the task faced the public vote.
As Alex bid farewell to her fellow campmates, she appeared visibly relieved. She then took the iconic stroll across the bridge to meet hosts Ant and Dec for the series’ maiden exit interview, reports the Express.
Before discussing her highlights, she exclaimed to the pair: “It’s like being free!” After the live challenge concluded, the celebrities were brought back together in the main camp, enthusiastically returning to their sleeping quarters and switching back into their official jungle attire.

Conversation quickly shifted to the live trial outcomes, which left Jack, Alex, Ginge, Aitch, Martin, Kelly and Ruby all facing potential elimination.
Kelly commented on the impending inaugural vote: “I’m trying not to think about it too much, I just know that I’m gonna enjoy tonight not knowing if tonight is gonna be my last night.”
Discussing the reunion, Aitch pondered his period away from the main camp: “Doomsville will forever have a place in my heart. Born in Manchester, raised in Doomsville, ya get me.”
In the live trial, seven celebrities lost out as neither Aitch nor Ginge won due to disqualification. The losing celebs randomly selected six campmates – Jack, Alex, Ginge, Aitch, Kelly and Ruby – to take on the challenge of winning dinner for the camp, with Martin sitting it out.
Earlier in the episode aired on Friday (November 28), each celebrity gave a heartfelt farewell speech, sharing their experiences and what they would miss most if they were to leave.
As their final night as a group of twelve drew to a close, there was a wealth of reflection, emotion, and memories.
When asked about their feelings on being the first to leave, they confessed: “It’s been such an incredible experience. Mentally it’s so tough. I’m so glad I got to do this series with such an incredible group of campmates.”
She also expressed that her favourite part of the experience was the laughter and the bonding within the group. Alex hinted at some yet-to-be-revealed camp secrets, mentioning the unpleasant smells from the dunny and hinting at knowing who was responsible, but refusing to name them because “he’s a national treasure”.
Fans quickly reacted to the first elimination, sharing their thoughts on social media. One fan posted: “Sad to see Alex go first, I wish we’d got more screen time of her tbh.”
Another viewer speculated: “Jess Glynne proposal incoming?” Meanwhile, a third remarked: “Sad to see Alex be the first one out. Beautiful, humble, lovely person.”
I’m A Celebrity continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1, ITVX and STV.
