The Sculpted by Aimee HydraTint Moisturising Tinted Serum has been reduced by 20% ahead of Black Friday – and it’s the perfect base for the party season and beyond
If you’re looking for a natural and glowy base for the party season, the Sculpted by Aimee HydraTint Moisturising Tinted Serum is the perfect product. Plus, the best-selling skin tint has gone on sale ahead of Black Friday.
Coined ‘magic in a bottle’ by impressed reviewers, the tinted moisturising serum has been quickly becoming the go-to base product for many thanks to its lightweight, skin-perfecting formula. The Irish brand’s popular skin tint typically retails for £24, but has been reduced to £18 in Cult Beauty’s Black Friday sale, saving you 25%.
The product is also on sale at Amazon, where it’s slightly more expensive at £18.40, but every shade is in stock.
Meanwhile, on the Sculpted by Aimee site, email subscribers have early access to the brand’s Black Friday sale, which sees shoppers who purchase 2 full-size products get 15% off, 25% off three products and 30% off four products – plus a free gift.
However, for those looking to purchase the skin tint on its own, Cult Beauty has the best deal.
Combining the best of cosmetics with high-performance skincare, the Sculpted by Aimee HydraTint Moisturising Tinted Serum adds a subtle hint of colour to the skin for the perfect, barely-there look. Plus, it’s buildable, so you can add another layer if you want more coverage.
Leaving a sheer veil of colour on the skin, both beginners and makeup enthusiasts have found plenty to love about the tinted serum, raving about how it ‘applies effortlessly’ and is ‘incredibly hydrating’, impressed with how it creates ‘the most refined, polished look’.
Thanks to its hyaluronic acid-enriched formula, shoppers also love how hydrating HydraTint is, while the selection of 20 flexible shades means there’s sure to be a match for your skin.
Describing the product, the brand, founded by Irish woman Aimee Connolly, says: “A breakthrough for the brand, the HydraTint Moisturising Tinted Serum (30ml) from Sculpted By Aimee seamlessly shields, nourishes, and perfects your skin with a featherlight, ultra-smooth hint of tint.
“Enriched with a spectacle of nourishing ingredients, including deeply hydrating hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica and peptides to enhance skin integrity, this silk-soft, sheer formula melts seamlessly into the skin with a sheer veil of colour. Buildable and barely-there on the skin, it helps protect against the effects of UV rays with SPF 20, while cherishing your complexion’s natural radiance to leave a fresh, lit-from-within finish.”
But the proof is in the pudding, as they say, and The Sculpted by Aimee before and after images provide compelling evidence of this stunning foundation’s effectiveness.
“Bought this product and many others after seeing it on Instagram,” one reviewer said. “I love it! So natural but still gives coverage! I have been fully converted to sculpted by Aimee products and there is no going back for me now!”
Another added: “Absolutely amazing product! Has become my go to since it launched! The light as air feel and the hint of coverage is perfect. Can be built up coverage wise as well and the finish is a demi matte – not too shiny – but still gives that lot from within glow. Unreal!”
Someone else penned: “Hydratint is the perfect addition to my makeup bag. It is extremely lightweight, hydrating and leaves your skin glowing. It is absolutely perfect for those summer days when you only want light coverage makeup that also contains spf. I like to combine the Hydratint with the Satin Silk concealer for a little bit of extra coverage! I couldn’t recommend Hydratint anymore, it feels just as good as it looks!!”
However, one person wasn’t as happy with their purchase, as they felt the product caused them to break out. They said: “I absolutely loved this when I first started using it, it was a lovely natural looking finish on my skin and the match was perfect.
“Unfortunately it causes really bad breakouts on my chin and jaw. I thought it might have been something else but they disappeared when I stopped using the tint and after 3 days of using it again I’ve broken out in loads of spots on my jaw and chin again. It’s disappointing as it’s beautiful but it just doesn’t agree with my skin. I’d give it a 4/5 but whatever is in it causes such painful breakouts.”
It seems that now is the time to snap up a skin tint as there are plenty of deals across the board. The Kylie Cosmetics Skin Tint Blurring Elixir Foundation is now just £18.90 at Boots (RRP £27), and Hourglass’ Veil Hydrating Skin Tint is now £36.75, down from £49, at Space NK.
