ITV viewers were quick to spot the moment
Viewers tuning into the very first episode of the latest series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! couldn’t help but notice something peculiar during the first challenge.
Sunday (November 16) night witnessed Ant and Dec welcoming a fresh batch of stars prepared to confront the brutal realities of jungle existence.
Fans will be anticipating yet another explosive season of the ITV programme in the forthcoming weeks as participants include Kelly Brook, Martin Kemp and Jack Osbourne.
As the celebrities travelled towards the jungle, they reached a location where the Geordie pair were awaiting them, reports the Express.
Each of them were transported via helicopter and it wasn’t long before they were told the only method they could reach land was by leaping out.

Each of the celebrities expressed their complete astonishment at the revelation they would need to make the jump from 12,000 feet.
Nevertheless, this didn’t seem genuine to fans as it is a routine occurrence. I’m A Celebrity has now been broadcasting on ITV for 25 years and devoted viewers have grown familiar with witnessing those participating make a spectacular entrance via parachute.
It didn’t take long for viewers following along at home to voice their opinions. One person expressing their views on social media wrote: “Why do they act shocked when this happens every season?”.
Another shared a GIF of a person with the caption ‘pretends to be shocked’ and added: “The celebs when they are told they have to jump out the helicopter even though it happens every year.”
While a third commented: “You’re in a helicopter and DIDN’T expect to have to jump out! ? The guy crouching in the corner with two parachutes didn’t give it away.”
The matter sparked heated debate amongst viewers on the I’m A Celebrity subreddit too.
Within the discussion thread for the opening episode, one person remarked: ” They have to act shocked but there’s a bloke with a parachute sat next to them and they’ve probably signed a waiver.”
Similar to previous years, there are whispers of some late arrivals joining the programme, which is anticipated to feature Vogue Williams, who was snapped at the VIP launch of Winter Wonderland in London just days earlier, along with Tom Read Wilson.
Furthermore, it has been confirmed that the famous faces on I’m A Celeb must survive 72 hours in the jungle to secure their full I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! fee.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1, STV, ITVX and STV Player.
