Emmerdale’s Moira Dingle and her son Isaac have both been feeling poorly in recent episodes and viewers are convinced they know the reason why
Emmerdale fans reckon they’ve worked out what’s really wrong with Moira Dingle – and it’s not linked to her brain tumour.
The beloved farmer, portrayed by Natalie J. Robb, made her debut in the iconic village in 2009 and has since built up a dedicated following.
Moira was handed a devastating brain tumour diagnosis last year following a series of worrying symptoms including memory problems, erratic behaviour and fits, sparking concern amongst viewers about her future on the programme.
After undergoing an operation and radiotherapy treatment, Moira received positive news and appeared to bounce back strongly.
But her wellbeing seems to have deteriorated once more after she lost consciousness on Friday (October 10), reports the Daily Star.

Whilst grafting away in the fields, Moira found herself gasping for air before passing out and collapsing to the ground.
Her son Matty (Ash Palmisciano) discovered her lying there and dashed to her aid, deeply worried about his mum’s condition.
Moira later attempted to calm Matty’s fears, insisting she was simply worn out and feeling poorly.
In Monday’s instalment (October 13), Moira became convinced she’d picked up an illness after her young lad Isaac also started feeling rough.
Matty was left in charge of caring for the youngster whilst Moira carried on working with her husband Cain (Jeff Hordley) away.
“Let’s just hope you don’t catch this horrible bug too”, Moira told her son Kyle as she clutched a cup of tea.
Emmerdale viewers have speculated that Moira and Isaac’s sudden illness could be due to food poisoning from eggs supplied by Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths).
Celia, who arrived at Butlers Farm in June, has been revealed as the brains behind a drug operation and has also attempted to seize control of Moira’s farm.
Could this be another one of her plots to undermine Moira?
One viewer took to Facebook to suggest: “I wonder the reason why both Moira and Isaac are ill because they’ve eaten contaminated eggs from Celia. Her way of killing Moira off and getting the farm.”
Another fan agreed: “Ohhh yeah maybe”, while a third added: “You may be right.”
“Ooooo never thought of that”, shared one fan while another stated: “Now that’s a possibility!”.
