ITV’s Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly are currently filming a new series of I’m A Celebrity All Stars in South Africa.
It appears Declan Donnelly was left utterly stunned when his mate and co-presenter Ant McPartlin surprised him with a truly memorable birthday treat.
Currently, the Newcastle pair are busy shooting in South Africa for a fresh series of I’m A Celeb All Stars.
This follows their recent NTA disappointment, which witnessed Gary Lineker claim the award for best presenter.
Nevertheless, the duo paused their filming commitments to mark Dec’s milestone birthday, as the ITV personality turns 50.
On their Instagram page, Ant quipped they ‘weren’t allowed’ to reference his age, though he had two particular presents for Dec to commemorate the moment, reports the Express.
Dec was delighted by the thoughtful act as he yelled: “Presents!!”

As he began unwrapping the gift, Ant remarked: “I think you’re going to like it. I think you’re going to like it a lot.”
Displaying a black T-shirt featuring numerous photos of his pooch, Rocky, Dec enthused: “Oh, I love it! I love it.”
Yet the surprises weren’t finished there, as the second garment Ant presented Dec was another shirt, though this time bearing Ant’s face.
Ant explained: “It’s me!! So, when we’re not working together, you can have me on your t-shirt and then hopefully nobody will call you Ant from now on. Or, they might call you Ant because you’re wearing the t-shirt, but they can look at the face.
“So, if you wear that no one will ever get you confused ever again.”
Whilst Dec disclosed he was rather taken with it, it appeared he favoured the shirt featuring his dog instead. Dec took a moment to try on the tops, playfully strutting down an imaginary catwalk.
Ant quipped about the gift with Dec’s face on it: “If you don’t love it, I’ll give it to the wife.”
It didn’t take long for fans to react to the video, with many sending birthday wishes to Dec..
One viewer commented: “Happy birthday Dec.. love the t-shirt, gonna get one for my daughter with our two sausages on.”
Another fan chimed in: “I love the second shirt so much.”
