I’m a Celebrity star Lisa Riley opened up about weight loss on Wednesday
I’m a Celebrity star Lisa Riley made a heartfelt admission as she detailed her “guilt”.
The popular ITV show made its comeback on Sunday (November 16), featuring ten celebrity participants trading their comfortable lifestyles for three weeks in the Australian wilderness.
Viewers have witnessed the famous faces leaping from helicopters, placing their heads in containers filled with snakes, and participating in numerous legendary Bushtucker trials.
Beyond confronting their phobias, the celebrities have been forming deeper personal connections with one another.
In Wednesday evening’s (November 19) instalment, Emmerdale actress Lisa spoke openly about her weight journey with fellow campmates Alex Scott and Ruby Wax, reports the Express.

Speaking about having a breast uplift after her weight loss in a two session surgery, Lisa said: “I’m now a size 16-18, but at my biggest I was a size 28.”
She continued: “My absolute guilt for years and years was blindness to portion control… I’ve completely cut out nibbling.”
The actor further commented: “I’m never lazy, I think it’s hereditary, I really do.”
Lisa’s admission helped the trio to bond over weight loss expectations and the menopause, with Ruby explaining the lack of sex drive she had as a result.
Alex then shared: “It’s completely different with women, especially for me it’s always been about a deep emotional connection, which then makes the sex more passionate than ever anyway because you have such a deep bond between you.”
Looking back on her romantic past, the former England footballer revealed: “I had relationships with men throughout my life, [but] there was always something missing for me.”
Elsewhere on tonight’s show, Alex, Kelly Brook and Shona McGarty’s early morning swim was interrupted when they discovered a cluster of leeches lurking at the edge of the swimming area.
“We were seconds away from being covered in leeches and eaten alive. Oh my god! We just could not get out of that pool quick enough,” Kelly revealed in the Bush Telegraph.
Later, Eddie Kadi took on the latest Bushtucker trial, A-Scare-ium. The star had to get inside a giant fish tank before unlocking ten chests underwater using corresponding keys.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! airs at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX
