The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate received a health diagnosis back in 2012 that changed their life
One star of I’m A Celebrity was just 26 years old when they plunged into an icy lake whilst filming for a TV series.
Upon emerging, Jack Osbourne experienced a severe migraine-like headache, and the following day discovered his vision had become blurred.
As his condition deteriorated, the son of Ozzy and Sharon – who is part of ITV’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! line up – sought medical attention.
Following an MRI scan and lumbar puncture, he received a diagnosis of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.
The neurological autoimmune disease has no known cure and can impact every system in the body, as the immune system launches attacks on the brain and spinal cord, reports Birmingham Live.

It can influence everything from vision and bladder and bowel function, to movement, cognitive ability and swallowing.
Jack, now 40, had welcomed his daughter Pearl just three weeks prior to receiving the devastating diagnosis. He subsequently lost his employment.
In a TalkTV interview, he previously revealed: “I did lose a job. At one point, shortly after my initial diagnosis, they were worried that I wouldn’t have been able bodied enough.
“That comes down to a lot of people not really understanding what MS is. And, as I like to say it’s as unique to the individual that has it, as their own fingerprint.
“I might meet someone who’s the same age as me who got diagnosed the same day as me and our symptoms could be drastically different.”
Speaking at Steel City Con, he revealed: “Professionally, it was a problem early on where I couldn’t get hired on productions because they deemed me an insurance risk because I had a neurological disorder.
“They were like, ‘Oh, yeah, it’s too dangerous.” He found this “really insulting”.
Reflecting on his past, he realised he had been experiencing symptoms for several years, including numbness in both legs and issues with his bladder, bowel, and stomach.
Jack now administers Copaxone medication daily and has made significant changes to his lifestyle.
He relies on vitamin supplements and hormone replacement therapy, and has sought stem cell therapy in Europe.
He’s also adopted lifestyle modifications such as reducing stress, exercising regularly, and making substantial changes to his diet.
He once stated: “Right now am I going to be in a wheelchair? No. But if I don’t take care of myself, who knows?”.
While participating in Dancing with the Stars in 2013, Jack mentioned that he did not experience “any severe symptoms other than the odd bit of tingling down my leg and the occasional bout of fatigue.”
