Teenage Devon quartet 3 Days of Wonder release the infectious new single, ‘Maniacs’.
Known for their high-energy live shows and anthemic, 80s-influenced sound, the band has already racked up an impressive string of accolades, including Best New Artist 2025 at the Devon Music Awards, Best Artist 2024 at Powderham Live!, and Best Newcomer 2023 by Smart Radio 101.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Foo Fighters, The Police, Big Country, and U2, 3 Days of Wonder have been praised for a musical maturity that belies their years. Their lyricism blends biting social commentary with intricate, catchy hooks, creating a sound that is both polished and infectious. Maniacs continues this trend, delivering thick distorted guitars, commanding vocals, and strong, memorable riffs, all wrapped in a production that is as anthemic as it is refined. The band describe the track as exploring “a volatile, all-consuming love in which an individual is trapped in a world of chaos and desperation that at the same time is vital for survival.”
The band’s live experience is already extensive, having shared festival stages with Razorlight, Feeder, Supergrass, Happy Mondays, The Farm, and Nathan Dawe. Their shows across the UK have helped build a dedicated fanbase, with growing support from BBC Introducing signalling that the band is ready for their next chapter.
