Both brothers travelled separately to their accommodation, with Noel arriving into Dublin Airport’s VIP lounge on Friday afternoon at around 3pm
Oasis brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher are staying in two separate luxurious five-star hotels ahead of their two sold-out shows in Croke Park, we can reveal.
We can reveal Noel has booked into the opulent five-star Carton House hotel in Maynooth, Co Kildare, whilst Liam will be arriving at the Powerscourt Hotel in Wicklow on Saturday morning before the first of their two gigs at the GAA stadium.
Both siblings travelled independently to their respective lodgings, with Noel touching down at Dublin Airport’s VIP lounge on Friday afternoon around 3pm.

We can also reveal Oasis guitarist Paul Arthurs, better known as Bonehead, along with Gem Archer and Joey Waronker are residing at the five-star Merrion Hotel in south Dublin city centre.
A source disclosed: “There is a lot of security surrounding Liam and Noel as they arrive into Dublin. There is a team of about 20 cars that will be escorting them around while they are in Ireland.”, reports the Irish Mirror.
Located just 25 minutes from Dublin, Carton House is an upmarket resort sprawling across 1,100 private acres of rolling parkland, ancient woodlands, lakes and the winding River Rye which form the perfect setting for a breathtaking country estate.
Previously the ancestral residence of the Earls of Kildare and the Dukes of Leinster, accommodation at the hotel could set you back anywhere from €450 upwards.
Carton House has welcomed countless celebrities and notable figures, including Queen Victoria, Princess Grace and Prince Rainier, Peter Sellers, and Marianne Faithfull. The estate has also played host to celebrities such as Lana Del Rey, Mick Jagger, and Ryan O’Neal.
The Maynooth estate has also served as a filming location for films like Darling Lili and Barry Lyndon.
Meanwhile, Liam is set to unwind at Wicklow’s five-star Powerscourt Hotel. A night at the Powerscourt Hotel can vary in price, with deals starting from €240 for a deluxe room, and prices escalating based on room type and time of year.
A Classic Deluxe King Room starts from €316, while a Powerscourt Suite can set you back €1,200 a night.
Several celebrities have lodged at Powerscourt Hotel, including Ariana Grande, and it has also been a filming location for films and TV series like The Tudors and Camelot, attracting stars like Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Joseph Fiennes.
Other notable guests include Princess Grace and Prince Rainier of Monaco, Jackie Kennedy Onassis, and David Bowie, according to the Powerscourt Estate website. It has also hosted some of Ireland’s star-studded celebrity weddings.
Ireland footballer Robbie Keane and Claudine Keane celebrated their wedding at the hotel in 2008, which was previously known as The Ritz Carlton.
Fellow footballer Shane Long held his wedding reception to Kayleah Adams at the hotel, while Pippa O’Connor and Brian Ormond also said their vows there too.
Rosanna Davison and Wes Quirke had their month-long wedding celebrations at the Powerscourt Hotel as well.
A Celtic Tiger paradise for celebrities, millionaires and wealthy business figures, the hotel was constructed by former Irish property moguls Johnny Ronan and Richard Barrett of Treasury Holdings for an eye-watering €212million.
More recently, Celebrity Big Brother personality Brian Dowling renewed his wedding vows to Dancing With The Stars judge Arthur Gourounlian at the venue.
This follows Oasis guitarist Paul Arthurs, better known as Bonehead, alongside Gem Archer and Joey Waronker, posting images on social media of themselves enjoying a Thursday swim at Killiney Beach and relaxing around Dun Laoghaire during their break before performing to over 160,000 devoted fans.
In an X post, previously Twitter, on Thursday, Bonehead shared a photograph with drummer Joey Waronker taking a dip in the Irish Sea, with the caption “Yes Dublin”.
On Instagram, the musician uploaded additional photos, including one featuring the Poolbeg Chimneys, an iconic Dublin landmark.
He also posted an image of himself and Joey on Killiney Beach, with the caption “Rhythm section minus the bass, but he’s in the sea somewhere. Day off”. On Friday, Bonehead shared a picture of a Guinness lorry making its way through the city.
We can also confirm the band will skip their sound check ahead of their two completely sold-out gigs on Saturday, as crew members were still frantically assembling the stage on Friday afternoon. Meanwhile on Friday, Dublin was beginning to buzz with anticipation as supporters descended upon the city in preparation for the Croke Park shows, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday evening.
At the Oasis pop-up shop, devoted followers queued for as long as an hour to grab some memorabilia ahead of the performance.
Enthusiasts have journeyed from across the globe to witness the band, with some revealing they’d made the trip from Brazil, Toronto, Spain, Rotterdam and Sweden.
Married couple John and Leigh-Anne Donovan are catching Oasis across two evenings at Croke Park.
John explained: “We’ve two nights at Croke Park and then we go home and then we have two nights seeing them in Toronto.”
Leigh-Anne revealed: “I was about 14 when I went to my first Oasis show,” whilst John mentioned he was 14 when he initially heard Oasis perform: “I can’t remember the song but I remember I got goosebumps when I heard them play.
“The first time I saw Oasis was when Noel got pushed off stage. I was devastated but we have seen them in so many concerts between Noel and Liam coming to Toronto. People asked us why are we going to four concerts in two weeks, and we’re like it is basically one concert every four years.”
John revealed that he realised he wanted to wed Leigh-Anne when he learnt she was also an Oasis enthusiast.
“We actually met at a Chelsea supporters club and we knew each other for years but when I found out Leigh-Anne liked Oasis that was the sealed deal.
“I remember we were at Noel Gallagher with some friends from Galway and I said ‘see that girl down there, that is my future wife. I called it’.”
John added that he felt “lucky” he managed to get tickets so easily.
Brazil native Isabella Cometti, from Recife, made the journey to Dublin to catch Oasis at Croke Park with her father on Saturday and Sunday.
Isabella said: “I came here a week ago because my sister lives here so I wanted to enjoy the city.”
She confessed she found it challenging to secure tickets, adding: “I needed help from a lot of friends. We all got tickets in the end.”
Isabella, 24, said she became captivated by Oasis when she was 14 years old. “I love their energy and their music. The brothers are very charismatic. I really like them.
“I was excited when I heard about their reunion. I knew there was a chance they were not going to Brazil, but they are. I’m going to their Brazil concerts too but I wasn’t sure at the time.
“My sister lives here and she told me to come here and I get to see her too.”
Netherlands natives Pieter, his wife Maaike Melsen and mate Carmen Geense jetted into Dublin from Rotterdam, specifically for the gigs.
“We’ve been to Dublin before. We love the city, we love the people here and this is our tenth time that we’re here in the city and now for special reasons.”
Pieter revealed he was just 14 when he began listening to Oasis, whilst Carmen remembered recording them on cassette when she was just a teenager. The trio spent six and a half hours securing their tickets to the concerts.
Pieter said: “We had tickets a few years ago for Liam but he cancelled it so we were disappointed we couldn’t go. How cool is it now that we have both brothers at the same time playing, it’s probably even better.”
