Kelvin Fletcher and his wife Liz were flooded with support after they delivered exciting news to their followers from their farm, and it’s received quite the response. Fans have been discovering more about the couple’s domestic life, following their career transformation as they reside on a sprawling 120-acre farm with their four young children.
Recently, the duo has permitted cameras to document adventures on the hit ITV programme Fletcher’s Family Farm, which is scheduled to return later this year with a fresh series and Fletchers’ Family Farm Christmas special. Viewers of the programme have witnessed Kelvin, who previously played the role of farmer Andy Sugden in Emmerdale, take on his real farming responsibilities alongside Liz, and the couple have now made a brand new announcement.
Posting on Instagram, Kelvin and Liz have disclosed they have now produced their own gin to offer fans a “little taste of our farm,” reports the Manchester Evening News. Accompanied by photographs of the new product, and them grinning beside their own alcoholic creation, they posted on their Fletcher’s on the Farm Instagram account: “It’s FINALLY here.”

The post further stated: “Say hello to Fletcher’s Wincle Peak Gin – a little taste of our farm in a bottle. We’ve been foraging, blending, and fine-tuning for months, and now it’s ready to share!
“Infused with wild botanicals from our very own farm. Made using fresh spring water straight from our hills.”
The joyful announcement continued: “Available in THREE delicious flavours: Classic Dry Gin, Apple, Mint and Lemon Verbena [and] Strawberry, Hibiscus and Black Pepper (yes, it’s as good as it sounds).

Their followers were quick to gush support beneath the post. One person remarked: “I love the name you’ve given it, I may have to buy a bottle or two as presents.”
A second responded: “Looks gorgeous.” A third noted: “Sounds delicious especially the strawberry and hibiscus flavour.” Another reply read: “Looks great.” As others added: “Aww brilliant, I love a glass or 2 of gin. Have to give this one a try,” and “Love this.”
This development follows Kelvin’s confirmation to the MEN that filming for the upcoming series of Fletcher’s Family Farm is currently underway, with episodes expected to air by October.
He also revealed plans for another Fletchers’ Family Farm Christmas special scheduled for December. Speaking enthusiastically about the programme, Kelvin said: “The show has been really well received. I don’t know what it is, but I think the audience is learning with us.”
