ITV viewers have issued the same complaint following the latest I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Bushtucker Trial.
The I’m A Celebrity campmates were delighted when Shona McGarty secured eight stars in the latest Bushtucker Trial, but ITV viewers were thoroughly unimpressed.
During Tuesday’s (December 2) episode, presenters Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly unveiled a fresh ‘Walk The Plank’ challenge, requiring the EastEnders actress to walk across a towering plank whilst collecting up to nine stars.
Although Jack Osbourne and Aitch were both eager to take on the task, Shona was selected and managed to secure eight meals for the camp.
However, as she navigated the obstacle course, viewers at home were swift to criticise the trial for being ‘too easy,’ with numerous fans arguing this year’s celebrities have had a much easier ride than previous contestants.

Venting on X, formerly Twitter, one viewer remarked: “Why’ve they made the challenges so easy this year in comparison to past seasons? #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity,” reports the Daily Star.
Another agreed: ” Trials have been easy as feck this year, the only difficult one was Jack in the tanks #imaceleb,” whilst a third pleaded: “Bring back the trials where they all starve and argue as a result next year #ImACeleb.”
A further disgruntled viewer added: “Tbf, this trial seems quite easy as she’s got the harness on #ImACeleb,” whilst a fifth insisted: “Bring back secret agent missions. Bring back more dingo dollar challenges. Bring back feeding the emus as a job role. Bring back proper care package tasks #ImACeleb.”
A final critic complained: “This show has gone too soft, no doubt it will be even easier next year as well #imaceleb.”
However, some viewers praised the actress’ performance. “Shona SMASHING THIS TRIAL – LIKE ALL THE WOMEN! #ImaCeleb,” one fan declared, whilst another gushed: “Shona for more trials please! ! #ImACeleb.”
Just yesterday evening, audiences witnessed Irish celebrity Vogue Williams getting eliminated from the camp following 13 days in the jungle. After her departure, the 40 year old admitted that it “feels good” to be out of the wilderness.
“It was getting really hard and I’m so hungry! But, it’s such a weird thing because you kind of want to stay as well,” she revealed.
“It’s so fun in there, you’re just doing so many random things, everyone is such good fun and I’ll be sad to leave.”
