It said: “Exactly 14 days ago he walked out the door and hasn’t been seen since. His car was later found at the River Bann.

“We, his family have stood by the riverside all day from then waiting for the words we want to hear “we found him” yet everyday we leave at night fall having not heard them words.

“Tomorrow we will return and wait in the hopes that just maybe tomorrow might just be the day this nightmare ends and we get to bring Andrew Robinson home. To every single volunteer we as a family are forever grateful for everything yous have done for us not just by searching but also the support you have shown us.

“Again please do not forget about him, keep searching. I will not give up until we find him.

“A huge thank you to my three amazing sisters and mum who as always stand by my side.”

There are a number of search and rescue teams from across Northern Ireland involved in the search for Andrew, alongside the police and NI diving clubs.

On Sunday evening, one of the teams, Rockcorry Divers & North Coast Search and Recovery, posted on social media to say that despite their best efforts they have still not found Andrew.

It said: “Today is day 15 since Andrew Robinson went missing and our Dive Team continued the ongoing search of The Bann River in Portadown.

“The water level had dropped and subsequently the current was only 1 to 2 knots, which also improved underwater visibility allowing for a very detailed search of the area where Andrew fell in. Probably our best search of this area to date.

“Sadly, once again, despite our very best efforts we have returned empty handed.

“Our thoughts are with the Robinson Family and Friends at this very difficult time.”
