Police seek public’s help in efforts to locate missing teen last seen in Belfast

The teenager was last seen almost a week ago

PSNI have sought the public’s assistance to locate a 16-year-old boy who is described as having dark, short hair. Mr Mulaj was last seen on November 9, 2025 at around 1.50pm outside John Bell House College Square, in East Belfast.

A police spokesman said the youth was last seen wearing a black puffer coat and black trousers with white Nike trainers. He is also believed to be carrying a Louis Vuitton backpack and a Louis Vuitton bag across his chest.

They added that police are growing increasingly concerned regarding the teenager’s whereabouts.
