Christine Lampard was left red-faced after making aconfession about her husband Frank during an interview with Westlife on Wednesday’s episode of Loose Women
Loose Women’s Christine Lampard made a candid admission during her recent conversation with the lads from Westlife.
Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne and Kian Egan chatted to Christine in a pre-recorded segment which was broadcast during Wednesday’s (November 5) episode of the ITV daytime programme.
After the announcement that the trio are preparing to embark on tour to celebrate the band’s 25th milestone, the group discussed their remarkable journey with the presenter.
Throughout their conversation, Christine acknowledged that she’d “lost count” of how many occasions she’d witnessed the band performing live.
The ITV personality remarked: “I shouldn’t actually admit that. Never mind to you” causing the lads to burst into laughter, reports the Irish Mirror.

When questioned whether her football manager husband Frank Lampard enjoyed their music, Christine disclosed that he belts out their songs on the karaoke machine.
Nicky enquired: “Is Frank a fan? Does he sing the songs?” Christine quipped: “Are you kidding me. Oh my god, i’m not embarrassing him by telling you his karaoke story but let’s just say yes, he knows a few words. No one needs to hear that.”
Christine continued to disclose that she feels she’s witnessed “every junction of their career from their first interview at BBC Northern Ireland and the band said she was a big part of their 24-year career.”
Westlife was established in Dublin in 1998. with Nicky, Shane, Kian, Mark Feehily and Brian McFadden, who departed the group in 2004.
In Ireland, the band boasts 11 number-one albums, 16 number-one singles, and 34 Top 50 singles. They’ve sold over 55 million records and hold four Guinness World Records.
Mark has faced a series of health issues, initially withdrawing from the group’s 2022 tour due to pneumonia.
He developed severe sepsis in August 2020 following surgery, leading to ongoing health complications and necessitating a break from touring with Westlife for recovery.
Last year, Mark announced his withdrawal from their inaugural American tour after undergoing hernia surgery. In June this year, it was confirmed that Mark would also be absent from their 25th anniversary tour.
