Black Sheep Coffee chain confirms opening date for second Belfast city centre location

Black Sheep Coffee are expanding its footprint in Northern Ireland with a brand-new store opening in Belfast City Centre.

They will open a second location in Belfast on Ann Street on October 28, eight months after the company opened its first store in the country.

Black Sheep’s debut site beside Belfast City Hall saw huge crowds queuing down the street for the opening week.

On the menu: all the Black Sheep signatures, from speciality-grade Robusta coffee (the only brand in the UK serving it) to ceremonial-grade matcha, freshly made Norwegian waffles, all-day breakfast, and a lineup of premium bakery treats.

Black Sheep Coffee-Ireland is the franchise arm of Bannon and Bannon Property Holdings, known for creating some of Belfast’s most successful hospitality ventures, including Common Market and 3Sheets.

Speaking on the launch, Lawrence Bannon said: “Belfast has given us an incredible welcome since opening our first site earlier this year.

“Ann Street is one of the busiest spots in the city, and we’re excited to bring our energy, coffee, and community to a whole new audience.”
