A Supercomputer has predicted that Keegan Bradley’s side will secure another win on home soil
A Supercomputer has forecasted the outcome of the forthcoming Ryder Cup, and it’s not looking promising for Team Europe.
Luke Donald’s European squad is heading to the US in pursuit of their first victory on American soil since the Miracle at Medinah in 2012.
While they’ve had success against the US on home turf, victories in America have been hard-fought, with that triumph 13 years ago being only the second win of the 21st century for Team Europe, reports the Irish Mirror.
Donald has a formidable team at his disposal, featuring many from the triumphant 2023 side. However, this year’s American team appears to be a different beast altogether.
Keegan Bradley’s squad boasts seven of the last eight major winners (from the 2024 and 2025 seasons), including multiple major winners Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele, as well as recent US Open champions JJ Spaun and Bryson DeChambeau.
According to a prediction by Boylesports’ Supercomputer, these American major winners are set to deliver.
The Supercomputer estimates that the US has a 57.1% chance of clinching the Ryder Cup, while Europe’s chances stand at a mere 35.3%.
In terms of the margin of victory, a narrow one-point win for the US is the most likely scenario (14.4%), but a nine-point landslide (12.5%) in favour of the Americans cannot be discounted.
